Skills for Emotional Wellbeing Group
In our “Skills for Emotional Wellbeing” Group for young adults, we will learn key skills designed to help you cope effectively with difficult emotions, increase present moment awareness, expand resilience, and improve interpersonal dynamics.
Skills for Emotional Wellbeing
This group is designed for young adults (ages 22-35) who want practical tools for navigating life’s challenges with greater balance and confidence. Over eight weeks, participants will learn and practice skills in four key areas:
Staying present — learning to slow down, notice your thoughts and feelings, and respond with intention rather than on autopilot.
Managing tough moments — finding healthy ways to cope when emotions or situations feel overwhelming.
Understanding and guiding your emotions — recognizing what you’re feeling, why it matters, and how to respond in ways that support your wellbeing.
Strengthening relationships — practicing skills that make it easier to set boundaries, communicate clearly, and connect with others.
Each session combines teaching, discussion, and guided practice in a supportive setting. Whether you’re hoping to handle stress more effectively, improve relationships, or gain steadier footing in daily life, these skills can help you move forward with resilience and clarity.
